This is a tribute from Fred's younger sister, Elizabeth Ann Asbury, living in Canada.  For this close family member whom I have known all my life, Fred's qualities that stand out are his generosity and his ability to be strong and help out in times of crisis.  He was a wonderful husband to Audrey, father to Gillian and Timothy and friend to Chris.  I was particularly impressed by his cheerfulness and uncomplaining attitude during the last Skype conversation I had with him very shortly before his passing.  I will finish with a short quotation from the writings of the Baha'i Faith about the welcome reserved for those who pass on into the afterlife: ''I testify, O my Lord, that Thou hast enjoined upon men to honor their guest, and he that hath ascended unto Thee hath verily reached Thee and attained Thy presence.  Deal with him then according to Thy grace and bounty!''  With much love, Elizabeth (or Libs which he sometimes called me),
